Our Services include, but are not limited to: AI-guided wellness assessments and recommendations, an online retail marketplace featuring wellness lifestyle products, home and hospitality consulting for wellness-designed environments, and editorial content through The Journal.

4. Marketplace and Purchases

Beyond Supernatural® operates as an online marketplace facilitating the sale of wellness lifestyle products from both our own brand and select third-party vendors. By placing an order through our platform, you represent that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract. All purchases are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Subscription Services

Certain products and services are available on a subscription basis. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds for subscription fees are governed by our Refund Policy.
